I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, all clean and felt safe. The service was amazing, with a smiling and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the area, although a bit noisy due to nearby traffic. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. Despite some room view issues and a smaller size compared to other Best Western Plus hotels, my stay here was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean, featuring a cozy queen bed, essential furniture, and a spacious shower stall. The location was convenient for exploring LA and visiting nearby attractions. However, the noisy surroundings were a downside. The dining experience was satisfactory with a decent breakfast selection. The service, while friendly, had some lapses, especially with a mishap related to payment. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few minor setbacks.
